Washington Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney – Used by an individual to convey to an agent the power to execute their motor vehicle transactions and duties. 2. Submit ApplicationTo transfer the title under their name, the new owner must bring the documents to a vehicle licensing office and pay the required fees (which can be calculated on the DOL website). 3. Acquire PlatesOnce the title is transferred, the new owner must obtain license plates at the vehicle licensing office (subject to fees).[3] They may also create a License eXpress account to manage renewal notices and vehicle tabs. |
