Kentucky Limited Power of Attorney Form

A Kentucky limited power of attorney assigns an agent to perform specific financial tasks for the person who drafted the form. Unlike a general power of attorney, limited POAs only permit the agent to carry out the tasks explicitly authorized in the document by the principal (the person granting power). Typically, the form terminates once the agent completes their responsibilities.
