2. Determine Fees & TaxesThe cost of registering the vehicle can be determined by using the Alaska.gov Online Registration Fee Calculator.
3. File with the DMVTo transfer the title and register the vehicle, Form V1, vehicle title, fees, and Form 847 (if applicable) must be filed in person at a local DMV office or mailed to the following address:
