The Wisconsin general bill of sale is a generic form used to record the sale of personal property to a second party. The buyer and the seller will both provide their full name, addresses, and contact information along with their signatures. By signing the document, the seller is acknowledging that they agree to the purchase price while the buyer is accepting the items in their current condition (“as-is”).
