The Mississippi immediate notice to quit is an eviction letter providing notification of lease termination due to a health and safety violation on the premises. Violations are recognized as any breach of the rental agreement or landlord-tenant law that materially affects the health and safety of the property or anyone on the premises. While landlords have no legal obligation to serve this notice, it may be used to inform the tenant of their violation(s) and advise them to vacate immediately to avoid legal action.
