Montana 5-Day Notice to Quit | Repeat Violation

The Montana 5-day notice to quit for repeat violation informs a tenant that their tenancy is being terminated in five days due to a repeat lease violation. This notice can only be used if the lease violation is substantially similar to a violation for which notice was already served within the previous six months. If the tenant doesn’t vacate in five days, the landlord can file for eviction.
