The Nevada 7-day notice to quit is served on a tenant by their landlord to terminate their week-to-week lease agreement. In accordance with state law, the notice gives the tenant seven (7) days to vacate the rental unit. If the tenant fails to comply with the notice by moving out by the set date, the landlord can begin an eviction action against them in court to have them removed.
5-Day Notice to Terminate At-Will Tenancy – Used to terminate any at-will tenancy other than month-to-month or week-to-week.
30-Day Notice to Terminate Month-to-Month Lease – Terminates a month-to-month rental agreement with thirty (30) days’ notice.
Notice to Terminate – Allows the landlord to terminate a weekly, monthly, periodic, or at-will tenancy with the required notice.
