The Nevada 7-day notice to quit is served on a tenant by their landlord to terminate their week-to-week lease agreement. In accordance with state law, the notice gives the tenant seven (7) days to vacate the rental unit. If the tenant fails to comply with the notice by moving out by the set date, the landlord can begin an eviction action against them in court to have them removed.
