Talent Release vs. Model Release
The key difference between a talent release form and a model release is that a talent release covers a wider range of rights, such as performance and voice, and can therefore be applied to more types of productions.
In some cases, a talent release form and a model release form may be used interchangeably, especially if only the individual’s image or likeness will be displayed.
