Montana Move-in/Move-out Checklist

The Montana move-in/move-out checklist documents the condition of a rental property at the beginning and end of a tenancy. The checklist ensures that the tenant is not liable for any damages already existing on the premises. If this form is not provided to the tenant once a lease has been signed, the landlord can’t charge them for cleaning or repairs after they move out.
