  • Lead-Based Paint Disclosure (PDF) – Required to be given to a tenant for any dwelling built prior to 1978. (42 U.S.C. 4852d)
  • Parking Rules Addendum (PDF) – Required to have the parking rules mentioned in the lease or as an addendum. (§ 92.0131)
  • Move-In Checklist (PDF) – Recommended, but not required, to be completed by the tenant to write any current damages or repairs needed on the property.
