Last updated October 9th, 2025
A Texas Association of Realtors lease agreement is a standard form used for a landlord seeking to rent residential property to a tenant for monthly payment. It is commonly used by licensed real estate agents when facilitating a rental arrangement between the parties. It is common for the landlord’s listing broker, if any, to fill-in this agreement based on the negotiations between the landlord and tenant.
