The Utah commercial lease agreement is a legal document that conveys the terms of a rental arrangement between a landlord and a tenant (either a business entity or individual). In exchange for monthly payments, the tenant will have full use of the landlord’s commercial real estate for the duration of the lease’s term. The tenant will often be given the option to renew their lease before it expires; however, it must be included in the contract to be guaranteed. Before signing the agreement, the tenant should have the property professionally inspected to verify that they are in agreement with its conditions.
Lease Application – By requiring that potential tenants fill out this form, the landlord can assess their business and financial profiles before entering into a lease contract.
