A Wisconsin roommate agreement is a rental form used by roommates to coordinate each individual’s responsibilities and duties in regard to a shared living space. The rental property in question will be governed mainly by the original lease agreement with the landlord. The terms and conditions in a roommate agreement will pertain more to the division of costs, chores, and other duties between all parties. These terms include rent amount, security deposits, utility payments, cleaning and household duties, common area use and maintenance, noise levels/restrictions, guest permissions, and parking spaces.
