2. Property Manager Disclosure – A lease must disclose the landlord’s contact information, the amounts and reasons for collecting deposits and fees, where security deposits are held, and other rental details.^[2]

• Returning to Tenant – 60 days.^[4]

There is no rent grace period in Arkansas. Rent must be paid on the date provided in the lease, and the landlord may terminate the lease if it remains unpaid for five days.^[5]
