Pursuant to § 666-3, you are hereby notified that you must abate or cause to be abated the nuisance within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving this notice. If the nuisance remains unabated after the twenty-four (24) hour period, the tenancy will be terminated upon delivery of a five (5) day notice to quit and a lawsuit may be filed to evict you.
