An Alabama 2-day notice to enter is a document that informs a tenant that the landlord or a third party will access their rental property. The landlord has this right under state law, and the tenant cannot deny the landlord access if proper notice has been served. In non-emergency situations, the landlord can only access the property during “reasonable times.”
Emergency Access (§ 35-9A-303(b)(1)) – During an emergency, the landlord can access the tenant’s property without consent or notice.
