2. Register VehicleAfter the registration documents have been submitted, the tax collector will fill out an Application for Certificate of Title. The owner must then pay a registration fee, title transfer fee, and applicable taxes. 3. Obtain PlatesOnce all fees and taxes have been paid, the registration will be completed, the title transferred, and the owner will receive their new license plates.
