A Nebraska general bill of sale is a purchase and sale document that records a private transaction involving personal property between a seller and a buyer. This generic bill of sale includes the personal and contact information of the buyer and seller, the total number of items sold, a brief description of each item, and the total sale price. To validate the document, the parties must sign on the appropriate lines on the second page. In some situations, the parties may wish to have the document notarized, which may or may not include witness signatures as well.
