The Wyoming general bill of sale can be used to document the sale of personal property. This generic document can be applied to any type of transfer, so long as the parties describe the items being sold and the purchase price. The buyer and seller will both want to sign the bottom of the form to indicate their consent to the transaction. The buyer should be sure to recognize before signing that they are accepting the property as-is, and that it’s their responsibility to look over the items first before agreeing to the sale.
