- Termination Notice – A 1-month notice to quit is required to terminate a month-to-month lease in North Dakota.[1]
- Rent Increase Notice – Before raising a tenant’s rent, landlords must give them 30 days’ written notice.[2]
Required Disclosures (2)
- Lead-Based Paint Disclosure (PDF) – This disclosure must be used when renting out a dwelling built before 1978 to reveal the landlord’s knowledge of lead paint on the premises.[3]
- Property Condition Disclosure (PDF) – Landlords are required to provide tenants with a report outlining the condition of the premises at the beginning of the rental term.[4]
