A pool and hot tub lease addendum specifies the terms of use for a pool or hot tub on a residential rental property. This addendum (also known as a “pool liability waiver/release form” or “pool maintenance addendum”) establishes the guidelines that tenants must follow and whether the tenant or landlord is responsible for maintenance. The addendum protects the landlord from liabilities and ensures both parties acknowledge their responsibilities.
